The winners of the 2017 Architectural Review MIPIM Future Projects Awards have been announced, with this year's prizes 

going to projects from eight countries across 11 categories.

2050 M Street in Washington, DCREX ArchitectureRex Architecture's 2050 M Street - commissioned by Tishman Speyer for the heart of the central business district,

 between Dupont Circle and Washington Circle, Washington, DC - won the Offices category.
Design for the Lambeth Palace Library and ArchiveWright and Wright ArchitectsWright and Wright Architects' Lambeth Palace Library and Archive in London 
- an occupied wall rising into a compact tower, with a multi-functional public viewing space with views of Westminster over the river Thames 
- won the Old and New category.
Liepaja Thermal Bath and Resort, LatviaSteven Christensen ArchitectureSteven Christensen Architecture's Liepaja Thermal Bath and Resort in Latvia won the Retail
 and Leisure category. Madinat Al Ifran in Muscat, Oman.Allies & MorrisonAllies & Morrison's new city, Madinat Al Irfan - a model for sustainable development for growing cities, 
commissioned by Oman Tourism Development Company, outside capital Muscat - won the Big Urban Projects category.
Museum of Imperial Kiln, Jingdezhen, ChinaStudio Pei-Zhu's kiln-style Museum of Imperial Kiln, Jingdezhen, China, the historical home of porcelain, won the Cultural
 Regeneration category.
Nya Hovas, Gothenberg, SwedenUtopia Arkitekter ABUtopia Arkitekter AB's continued development of New Hovas in the south of Gothenburg won the Regeneration 
and Masterplanning category.

The Hills at Vallco, Cupertino, US - by Rafael Vinoly Architects PCThe Hills at Vallco, Cupertino, US - by Rafael Vinoly Architects PC for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Sand Hill Property Company - won the Mixed Use category.
Power Court Stadium, LutonAndArchitectsAndArchitects' Power Court Stadium - a 22,500-capacity ground for Luton Town FC alongside a major regeneration of
 the area - won the Sport and Stadiums category.
Ceylonz Suites, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Tan'ck ArchitectTan'ck Architect for Exsim Development's Ceylonz Suites in Kuala Lumpur won the Tall Buildings category.
Concept design for Media City in Istanbul, Turkey Media City in Istanbul - a public, office, and retail development by GAD ArchitectureMedia City in Istanbul 
- a public, office, and retail development by GAD Architecture for Istanbul Chamber of Commerce - won Jeu d'Esprit category.
Sino-Finnish Economic and Culture Cooperation Centre in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, ChinaPES-Architects LtdPES-Architects' Sino-Finnish Economic, Trade and Cultural Cooperation Centre in Nanjing won the Innovation category.
A concept design for Husame Koklu Women's Community and Production Centre, Bayburt, Turkey.Tabanlioglu Architects Tabanlioglu Architects' Husame Koklu Women's Community and Production Centre in Bayburt, Turkey, 
won the Civic and Community category.
118 East 59th Street residencesTabanlioglu ArchitectsTabanlioglu Architects also won the Residential category and were overall winners for 2017 with 118 East 59th Street 
Residences - a 320ft (100m) tower at the nexus of New York's Upper East Side and Midtown, three blocks from Central Park 
and Madison and Fifth Avenue.
