세계에서 가장 큰 베트남의 Sơn Đoòng 동굴

Son Doong 동굴은 베트남 Quang Binh성 Bo Trach현에 위치해 있다. 세계 최대의 천연 동굴로 길이는 9 km, 높이는 200m, 넓이는 150m이다. 이곳은 Phong Nha – Ke Bang국립공원으로 지정되어 있으며, 하노이 남쪽으로 450 km 떨어진 곳에

위치한 동굴이다.

동굴 단지는 세계에서 발견된 가장 큰 천연 동굴 중 하나다. 그것은 Ho Khanh라는 농부에 의해 처음 발견되었다. 1991년, 그는 숲 깊숙한 곳을 들여다보면서 우연히 이 동굴에 피신했다.

방랑벽을 좋아하거나 자연 속에서 길을 잃는 것을 좋아하는 사람에게 Son Doong은 꿈의 목적지이자 한 번쯤은 경험하고 싶은 이정표다. Son Doong동굴이 관광객들에게 접근 가능하고 전 세계적으로 유명해진 이래로 많은이들이 여기로 여행을 꿈꿔 왔다.

 $3,000의 티켓 가격은 적지 않으며 1-3년의 대기 기간은 거의 모든 사람에게 매우 긴 시간이 될 수 있다. 게다가 탐험 일정은 건강, 정신, 자연에 대한 존중 측면에서 매우 까다롭다.

As we go towards the cave, there’s a rock in a small stream, with a natural big hole inside

After some hours of trekking in the forest, we could see the entrance to Hang Én

These tiny towers were created by nature, mainly just water and sand

"모래 탑"은 동굴 천장에서 떨어지는 물방울과 표류하는 모래로 형성된다. 자갈과 돌로 막힌 부분은 여전히 서 있다.

 

Inside Hang Én, we could see a “small beach” with a sandbank and green water.

녹색 호수의 두 면으로 나뉘어진 천연 모래톱을 볼 수 있다. 물의 한쪽은 따뜻하고 물 밑에는 물고기가 있고 다른 쪽은 매우 차갑다.

At this part, I realized how long the trekking path inside the cave actually is

The signature of Son Doong otherwise known as ‘the wedding cake’ can be seen from the other viewpoint

This is the exit of Hang Én. It is 120m high and 140m wide
