Families are sent to the forest.

Most families have tamed wild animals.

Awa, the most vulnerable tribe in the world, suffering from illegal logging, gold miners, as well as drug mafias,

leads a nomadic lifestyle.

Ava still hunt with bows and arrows, collect wild honey and babassu nuts, and still depend on the generosity

of the primeval forest and its water

The tribe has 600 people, 100 of whom do not maintain contact with the outside world.

The October issue of National Geographic is dedicated to the indigenous Aw Brazilian tribe, dailymail reports .
