1.Innsbruck, Austria

The capital of Tyrol is located in the picturesque valley of the River Inn.

The city is surrounded by high mountains, which makes it a very popular destination for winter sports:

 here even held several Olympic Winter Games. Today, visitors can find a variety of historic monuments and buildings. 

  Innsbruck is a great destination for those , who wish to explore that - something new, discover and learn, and have fun in the outdoors.






2.Catania, Italy

The city was founded near the Etna - the highest active volcano in Europe, as well as one of the most beautiful.

The volcano can be seen from the historic city of Catania, where - is a thriving and important cultural center.





3.Meteora, Greece

Built on the rock pillars, a complex of six Orthodox monasteries is the largest and most important in the country.

The beautiful complex is one of the most unique architectural wonders of the world.

A stunning location just makes you wonder about, how much effort it took, to build this incredible monastery.






4.Cappadocia, Turkey

The iconic city is the most popular tourist destination in Cappadocia.

 Among houses, churches and other buildings, carved into the soft rock between 4 - th and 13 - th centuries,

there have been established and some monasteries. The beauty of Cappadocia is protected by UNESCO.






5.Ronda, Spain

The historic town is based on the high mountains, at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level.

 It attracts and fascinates visitors from all over the world. The river Guadalevin runs through the city and divides it into two parts.

 The water over the centuries has cut a canyon El - Tahoe depth of 100 m.

Ernest Hemingway and Orson Welles had here their homes and spent summers here.  

 This is one of the most unique and beautiful historical cities in Spain.






6.Civita di Bagnoregio, the province of Viterbo, Italy

Initially, Civita was the first settlement, created by the Etruscans more than 2500 years ago, at the time, like Bagnoregio was his suburb.

Only recently, tourists have rediscovered the city - brothers, who fascinate the impressive nature and panoramic views, as well as

the historic architecture of buildings on fragile rock .

 The city is included in the list of 100 of the most vulnerable places.

The ancient city is based on a volcanic plateau above the valley of the Tiber River.

Tourists are greeted few friendly locals, whose number is rapidly decreasing.






7.Wengen, Switzerland

Switzerland is famous for its small villages, surrounded by  wonderful nature.

The Wengen tourist agencies offer a variety of activities, which will allow to explore the Jungfrau - Aletsch, protected by UNESCO.






8.Gasadalur, the island of Vagar, Faroe Islands

On the Faroe Islands there are many small villages, scattered across the untouched nature and the mountainous terrain,

which is so mysterious. The village is located on the edge of Gasadalur steep cliff with a waterfall.

 On the other side of the mountain Vagar surround the village.






9.Castelluccio, Umbria, Italy

It is a small village located high in the mountains, surrounded by striking nature.

 Located at an altitude of 1452 meters above sea level, Castelluccio is the highest village in the Apennines.

 Officially founded in the 13th - century, the settlement was inhabited even before the Romans.

The fertile slopes are cultivated lentils.






10.Lion Rock, Sri - Lanka

A huge - 200 meter high rock served as the capital of the state in 5 - th century.

The Royal Palace was built on a mountain top, and its sides were decorated with frescoes with colorful paintings of battles under

 the command of King Kasyapa. Later it was used as a Buddhist monastery.

Sigiriya is one of the most visited Cities in Sri - Lanka.
