세계 곳곳에서는 럭셔리한 열차들이 많이 달리고 있다.

이들 기차 내부는 초호화 호텔급 정도로 화려하다.

여기서는 많이 알려진 초호화 기차들을 1,2부로 나누어 소개한다.

1. The Orient Express

1883년 동서를 잇는 최초의 철도이다. (이스타불 ↔ 파리)

It became the inspiration and the scene of Graham Greene's novels, Sidney Sheldon, Ian Fleming and Veronica Henry. Most know him thanks to the novel "Murder on the Orient Express" by Agatha Christie. They say a similar incident occurred in 1929, when the train was in a snow storm. 

Orient Express started running between Istanbul and Paris in 1883. This is the first rail route, linking the West and the East. Luxury, modern, decorated in Art Deco style. Orient Express - the first train, in each compartment which appeared bathroom with hot and cold water.

In 1977, when the train was already removed from the rails, wagons James Sherwood bought and paid another $ 16 million to find and restore the original 35 cars from all over Europe. And after 99 years after its birth renovated Venice Simplon Orient Express set off. 
On board the Orient Express are prohibited from wearing jeans. A dinner in the dining car requires a strict dress code: evening gowns, tuxedos, bow ties.

2. The Eastern & Oriental Express

싱가포르에서 말레이시아와 방콕을 운행하는 5성급 호텔 열차이다.

The train was built in Japan in 1973 to join the Auckland and Wellington in New Zealand. Two decades later, the designers who worked on the Orient Express, and completely transform it, recreating a colonial style of the 1920s. Now a passenger train Eastern & Orient Express, similar to the five-star hotel, runs from Singapore to Malaysia and Bangkok.

3. The Express Blue Train

남아프리카의 남쪽 해안을 따라 운행하는 특급 열차이다.

4. The Golden Chariot

가장 아름다운 열차 중 하나로 영국여왕 소유의 옛 'Blue Express'를 모방했다.

5. The Rovos Rails Express

열차 맨 끝칸은 전망 칸으로 아프리카의 장면을 더욱 폭 넓게 볼 수 있다.

Most of the cars assembled in 1911 in Europe as a vehicle of the royal family. Decades later, one company decided to refurbish the composition and run luxury trains, turning them into new entertainment for the rich and affluent people.
