Highway Guoliang Tunnel is carved along and across the mountains and rocks in China.

Guoliang Tunnel connects the village with the outside world through the mountains Taihang, which are located in

Xinxiang, Henan Province, China.

The village was named after the fugitive rebel during the reign of the Chinese Han Dynasty, who skillfully confronted the imperial troops,

who had an overwhelming numerical superiority.

However Guoliang ably defended, and departed not used very sophisticated and rugged terrain.

The tunnel was built to facilitate access to the nearby village of Guoliang, who had previously been severely limited by steep and

rugged mountains. Earlier path lay in bypass on difficult mountain trails.

The village is situated in a valley surrounded by high mountains and cut off from the outside civilization.
