The face of 17-year-old French woman Tilan Blondeau was recognized as the most beautiful in the past year.

Tilan is no stranger to be a winner of contests.

 After all, fame came to her as early as 6 years old when she was recognized as the most beautiful child.

 In 10 years, Blondeau was already in the center of a massive scandal - pictures of a girl in Vogue magazine.

Shooting caused a scandal.
